Windows, masonry, and roofing were the directive for the historic renovation of this 1920’s Art Deco lined School buildingin the near north side of Chicago.

The windows were created to be energy efficient replicas of the former windows as triple hung, clear anodized aluminum, with a patterned horizontal stripped glass in the upper sash to diffuse the sun light.

The original aluminum fluted panel between the windows was retained and cleaned to appear as new. Portions of the granite garden wall at the west elevation were rebuilt to match the original.
