The Art Institute of Chicago, Roof Replacement project included construction drawings, specifications and project management
This was the first time that a wing was re-roofed while it was covering art, therefore extra precautions were continuously designed into the system and procedures to guarantee that the roof would be watertight as often as possible during the work.
