Utilizing an industrial site along the south west portion of the Chicago River, RSI, a waste hauling and disposal company, chose Hutter Architects, Ltd. to design the buildings that form their new complex.

The complex in it’s current phase consists of pre-engineered metal buildings for sorting and handling of the construction debris. An administration building will contain offices and facilities for truck drivers. The project is currently under construction and will be complete in 2005.
