NWS / Union Beverage Co., Chicago, Illinois converted an abandoned factory into office space for 300 people and updated warehouse space for a cutting edge Distribution Center.

Unique features include a Conference Center that serves 400 outside sales people. The first floor of the dock high building was modified with the use of new concrete ramps to allow the company’s fleet of delivery trucks to drive in to the building for loading and overnight parking.
