This home in the Edgewater community of Chicago had been destroyed by fire. Due to newer zoning laws, at the client's request, the original foundation was maintained to utilize as much livable space possible. The entire structure was replaced from the outside allowing for more modern lifestyle within the parameters of the original architecture. Construction was completed in late 2003.
